About Exceptional Business Solutions
In 1995, we opened Dixon’s Word Processing Service, our first store-front secretarial service in Tucker, Georgia. Along with an experienced and dedicated team, we served more than 75 to 100+ diverse clients from small to medium-sized businesses. Champion Newspaper, DeKalb County, Georgia’s most trusted news source and legal organ, became our most significant client with a circulation of over 50,000.
We typed hundreds of legal notices, such as foreclosures, court calendars, and advertisements, with flawless quality and keen attention to detail, getting them press-ready to ensure timely publication distribution. Another notable client was Regency Health Associates, whose family practice and sports medicine services became our next largest client. We transcribed medical evaluations, notes, and correspondence for more than 100 patients every month to our client’s satisfaction. Also, The Travelers Insurance Companies, the second-largest writer of U.S. commercial property-casualty insurance, became one of our clients. We transcribed recorded statements, injury reports, and fire loss spreadsheets for more than ten claims adjusters with accuracy, timely, and convenient delivery.
As technology was changing, so was Dixon’s Word Processing Service. In 2003, we changed our name to Exceptional Business Solutions, Inc. to broaden our appeal as a Business Solutions center and become more competitive in the marketplace. We continued outsourcing accounting/bookkeeping, transcription, and document production services with an increased number of dedicated team members.
Exceptional Business Solutions, Inc. continues to offer our services to business professionals, attorneys, university research professors, authors, market researchers, insurance claims adjusters, and private investigators.
Through our growth, a prestigious 422-attorney law firm with eight offices throughout the U.S. became our client; handling foreign accents and technical terminology with speed and accuracy has won the praise of many attorneys.
